It’s a wine with a fresh and young taste, with aroma toasted and mature fruits. In the mouth fresh with volume and structure. It transmits wellthe characteristics of both grape varieties; the strength and minerality of the Encruzado with the good acidity and volume that gives severalgastronomicpotencial.
Good to drink now but able to keep for many ears, dueto the great natural acidity. Drink with fish, seafood or white meetsor cheeses. Serve at 10ºC . Keep the bottle in the horizontal, without light and in a room with controlled temperature and humidity.
