1. Legal age to make purchases
When purchasing on the Dom Vicente website, the user declares to have legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages in his home country, as well as have no other legal impediment to his purchase.
2. Product Availability
If under any circumstances it is not possible to make available any of the products requested by the customer, we will contact you by email or phone, and the customer will be able to decide whether to change or cancel the order, receiving a refund in case the payment has already been done.
Any of the products presented are subject to stockouts. If there is a break in stock in any product ordered, we will contact the customer in order to present alternative solutions. The customer may then decide to change or cancel the order and receive a refund if they have already paid.
We reserve the right to change, without notice, the contents of our site, including products, prices, promotions, services and business conditions.
Under Portuguese law, all prices shown include the applicable VAT rates.
3. Orders, Payments and Shipping
Upon completion of the order the customer will receive a confirmation email, at the email address provided, with details of the products chosen, payments and shipping.
If you do not receive this confirmation email, or wish to make any changes, you should contact us at email@example.com. You may cancel your order within 2 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not return the amounts paid if the order has already been shipped.
Any order is only processed after payment.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will only be processed after the amounts transferred in the bank account are available (1 to 3 business days).
All orders placed with payment not made within 5 days will be canceled.
The Dom Vicente website accepts the following payment methods:
– ATM reference;
– Bank transfer;
– Visa and Mastercard;
– No charge submissions.
The reference currency for payments is the Euro. Any conversion rates for payments made in other currencies will always be supported by the customer.
To the price of each product adds the value of the shipping costs.
Up to five units the value to consider is Eur 10.00 postage. From the sixth unit the postage is supported by Artemis.
After processing and shipping orders by an external carrier, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
– Lisbon: the next day;
– Continental Portugal: 2 business days;
– Azores and Madeira: 5 to 10 business days;
– Europe: 4 to 10 business days;
– Rest of the World: upon request.
As a rule, the carrier makes an attempt to deliver to the customer’s address, so we recommend choosing a delivery address where someone is always present. If you are not at the address upon delivery, you will be notified by email to find out how to pick up your order.
The carrier only delivers on business days and working hours.
Upon receipt, the customer must immediately verify the products received.
If the order arrives damaged (broken), you must return it at the same time to the carrier, justifying the reason for the return on the carrier’s guide. You should then contact Artemis at email@example.com so that we can remedy the situation.
We will always try to comply with the delivery deadlines, but situations outside of Artemis may occur, resulting in delays in meeting the indicative deadlines presented, and for which we cannot be held responsible.
For any additional information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
