It’s a wine with a fresh and young taste, with aroma of fruits and some flower and citric. Some toasted and sweet notes from the barrels. In the mouth is mineral, salty and fresh, with volume and structure. It transmits well the characteristics and minerality of the Encruzado with the good aromas, freshness, and good natural acidity
Good to drink now but able to keep for many ears, due to the great natural acidity. Drink with fish, seafood or white meets or cheeses. Serve at 10 – 12ºC . Keep the bottle in the horizontal, without light and in a room with controlled temperature and humidity.

Looking for inspiration on the ancient times, this wine was fermented in very old recipientes made from clay. The wine was stay in the clay tank for 3 months. It as aromas of fresh fruits and some floral, citric notes from the ENCRUZADO. Also some mineral notes. In the mouth is very fresh and mineral. Is as only natural stabilization and light filtration. Some sediments may occur.
