Quinta Dom Vicente, Encruzado “Talha”


Looking for inspiration on the ancient times, this wine was fermented in very old recipientes made from clay. The wine was stay in the clay tank for 3 months. It as aromas of fresh fruits and some floral, citric notes from the ENCRUZADO. Also some mineral notes. In the mouth is very fresh and mineral. Is as only natural stabilization and light filtration. Some sediments may occur.

Good to drink now but able to keep for many ears, due to the great natural acidity. Drink with fish, seafood or white meets. Serve at 10ºC Keep the bottle in the horizontal, without light and in a room with controlled temperature and humidity.
