It presents a citric colour. Fresh aromas of white mature fruits, floral and mineral notes. In the mouth is fresh with good balance and minerality. The aging in wood gives some toasted and sweet notes, giving more volume and gastronomic potential to the wine, without losing its vivacity.
Pairs with different types of dishes such as seafood, all fish dishes or even lighter meat dishes. Serve at 10ºC Keep the bottle in the horizontal, without light and in a room with controlled temperature and humidity.
