On the palate, it is very fresh, with good acidity and some body, combined with a fruity and structured taste. The finish is persistent and tense, clearly reflecting the Touriga Nacional’s origin in granitic soil.
Due to the grape variety’s characteristics and the winemaking process, this is a white wine ready to drink now, but it also has ageing potential in the bottle, where it will gain complexity. It pairs well with a wide range of dishes, such as seafood, all kinds of fish dishes, or even lighter meat dishes

SOLDLooking for inspiration on the ancient times, this wine was fermented in very old recipientes made from clay. The wine was stay in the clay tank for 3 months. It as aromas of fresh fruits and some floral, citric notes from the ENCRUZADO. Also some mineral notes. In the mouth is very fresh and mineral. Is as only natural stabilization and light filtration. Some sediments may occur.
