Looking for inspiration on the ancient times, this wine was fermented in very old recipients made from clay. The wine as stay in the clay tank for 6 months. It as aromas of fresh and mature fruits and some floral notes from TOURIGA-NACIONAL. Also with some mineral and earthy notes. In the mouth is very fresh and mineral with good structure. Is a only natural stanilization. Some sediments may occur.
